These are the finest reproduction M38 helmets and parts available. Shells will be offered in 68 cm and 71 cm sizes. They are drawn from 16 gauge steel with correct and neatly rolled rims. The liners are made from sheepskin leather and constructed in the correct wartime pattern. Fabric coated natural rubber or Buna-S rubber is used for the liner padding.
The bands are produced from aluminum or zinc sheet. The chinstraps are expertly made using the correct leather and fittings. These are truly beautiful re-creations of a rare collectors item. You will find no finer reproduction M38 helmet in the world.
These have been crafted for discriminating collectors and serious militaria enthusiasts. Do not compare these to the current "toy" helmets being sold elsewhere. Take a look through our website and see the difference.
